The original building is featured in David Kroyanker’s book, “The German  Colony and Emek Refaim Street”. 
Our team of architects worked in conjunction with preservation experts at the City  of Jerusalem to preserve the unique character of this historic house while  expanding the building to meet the needs of our client. 
Construction began August 2012
